We had a wonderful time at this hotel with hubby! The room was spacious, and we loved the delicious breakfast options. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. It was also a great spot for visiting nearby attractions like the Heron Lakes Golf Course.
In my wife’s opinion, a larger swimming pool would be fantastic for families with kids.

The King Suite Non-Smoking had a comfy bed, which was one of the highlights for me. The A/C worked well, keeping the room nice and cool, an essential feature in the Houston heat. However, the room had a strong mildew smell that was quite off-putting. I brought this up to the staff, but after their attempt at a fix, the issue persisted. I also found it frustrating that hot cocoa was only available during breakfast hours when coffee remained accessible 24/7. Breakfast options were limited, and their timings were not very vacation-friendly, ending too early for late risers. My stay was not as pleasant as hoped, especially with the cleanliness of the bathroom needing attention. Since the room was spacious and the bed was great, I wish the other aspects would have matched that level of comfort.

It was just a smart choice for a quick stop in Houston with very good value for money. The staff were friendly when I asked for extra towels. Make sure to check if they have any special requests before your stay.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We enjoyed our stay, especially the convenience of visiting nearby shopping areas and the awesome Heron Lakes Golf Course. The breakfast was solid with cooked eggs and coffee. Staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable.
One downside was the showerheads. they could use an upgrade since the water pressure was a bit harsh.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The coffee was excellent, and the Texas-shaped waffle maker was a fun touch. The location was convenient, making it easy to navigate Houston. However, the front desk service was a bit slow. I had to ask multiple times for extra towels and toilet paper during my four-night stay. The cleaning staff didn’t check on our room daily, which was disappointing. The room felt comfortable overall but could have used a bit more attention to details. For the price, I expected a quicker response to housekeeping requests. There’s room for improvement in service and maintenance, especially during busy times.

The hotel features well-maintained common areas, making it pleasant to navigate. The staff were attentive, quickly assisting with any requests. The breakfast options were decent, and I especially enjoyed the Texas-shaped waffle maker—it added a nice touch!
More elevators for convenience would be helpful.

I stayed there for a brief trip with my family and enjoyed the solid breakfast options, particularly the Texas-shaped waffles! The room was clean and spacious, making it a good spot to rest after our adventures around the city. However, I did find the showerhead's water pressure a bit harsh, which was not ideal. Overall, I appreciated the convenient location near shopping areas.

This place was just right for a short trip to Houston at a fair price. The staff helped me with extra towels without any issues. Travelers should watch out for the cat by the entrance if they’re not fond of them.
